Scholarship Applications

If you are interested in applying for a scholarship to attend, please complete the 2026 CARES Annual Patient Education Conference Scholarship Form. All completed scholarships can be emailed to: dina@caresfoundation.org.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants who have not been selected in the previous 3+ years will be reviewed with priority. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. 

Scholarships must be completed by no later than September 18, 2026.

If you are selected as a participant, you will join a group of individuals living with CAH and CAH caregivers in a meeting with the leading companies developing new CAH treatments.
