As of July 2008, all 50 states* within the United States as well as Washington D.C. and Guam are screening for CAH at birth. Additionally, half of all Canadian provinces include CAH testing in their newborn screening programs.

 

 

*In Kansas, screening is approved but not yet implemented.
*In Montana, screening offered through pilot program-optional for $4.00
