Pamela Knight, our new Director of Development, has worked as a medical writer for 18 years. She became interested in CARES while writing for its newsletter, and served on the Board of Trustees from 2002-2004. Pam’s main roles at CARES are fundraising and media relations. She recently attended a class on writing grant proposals at the Foundation Center of New York, and is eager to apply her journalism background to craft effective grant applications, fundraising materials, and press releases.
